TD Beach to Beacon 10K - August 2021
JMG is the charitable race beneficiary of the 2021 TD BEACH to BEACON 10K
While the 2020 running of the TD BEACH to BEACON 10K has been cancelled due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, JMG will be carried over as the charitable race beneficiary of the 2021 TD BEACH to BEACON 10K. In the spring of 2021, we will have more information available about how you can join the JMG team to run alongside our staff, students and supporters. Race registration takes place in March at which time you can elect to run and raise funds on behalf of JMG. However, if you don't get a bib number through the general registration process, we will have some additional bibs available. Thank you for running and raising funds on behalf of JMG and the more than 10,000 students we serve.

|History:||TD Bank and Joan Benoit Samuelson , winner of Olympic gold in the first women’s marathon in 1984 and Maine’s most recognized athlete, founded the race in 1998 to give back to her community by staging a world-class road race in Maine and including a charitable component to help support Maine children. The race draws top athletes from around the globe as well as top Maine and New England runners. The event features 6,500 runners, 800+ volunteers and thousands of spectators.|
|Race Starts:||10K Wheelchair division starts at 7:55 a.m., followed by the Elite Women’s Start at 8 a.m. and the general field at 8:12 a.m. A competitive High School Mile and the children’s 1K race will take place on Friday, July 31, at Fort Williams.|
